Standard: Keyboarding

Question for this group...when is formal keyboarding techniques taught? Hudson teaches it as a high school elective and I'm wondering about the county schools. Do you offer keyboarding at the high school level and if so, what are the standards taught? Is keyboarding taught at the elementary level and if so what grade shows mastery? If the class is taught at the middle school, what grade and what are the standards taught at this level?
